YOUR LIFE, YOUR WAY

Our philosophy at 3 Red Birds is simple: We are each responsible for choosing how to respond to the world around us and every choice we make will undoubtedly change us.

Awareness and the power to choose are your keys to unlocking the mystery behind the question, “How did I get to this point in my life?”

Today’s the Day

Today, a significant life event has sparked something in you, calling you to make a change. Our prediction … you are prioritizing others at the expense of your own needs. Your current way of thinking and acting are in conflict with what and who you want to be. The results from the choices being made are creating feelings of burnout, resentment, frustration, defeat, and feeling lost.

We get it - you’re here because you have a need but lack the understanding of what to do and how to make the necessary shift. The work begins when you move from avoidance to self-awareness. Dealing with the tough stuff - pain, discomfort, fear and uncertainty - is not appealing at all, but it is necessary if it’s growth and progress you’re seeking. Prioritizing yourself will require courage, strength, commitment and patience.

We recognize you’re feeling vulnerable and may want a quick fix, but keeping with our core principles, we need to be honest and real. Transformation requires time, patience, and an action-oriented approach. Yes, this means YOU have to do the work! 3 Red Birds is here when you’re ready to commit to yourself with the same level of care, compassion, acceptance and love you’ve been giving to others.

The Illusion of Quick Fixes

We often focus our time, energy, and resources on controlling things around us, believing that if everything just went our way, we’d find peace. But life doesn’t work like that. Instead, we feel more anxious, uncertain, and defeated, falling into a cycle of self-blame and judgment, thinking something’s wrong with us.

You want to feel better, but don’t know how. The truth is, IT’S NOT YOUR FAULT.

From a young age, we’re taught to put others' needs before our own. But that can change today. It won’t be easy, but it’s possible—and totally worth it!

Being Kind to Ourselves Does Not Come Easy

Within each of us, an inner critic tirelessly focuses on our flaws, creates self-doubt, and challenges our self-confidence. It’s time to rewrite those limiting stories that are holding you back. With awareness, exploration, and new tools, you'll build confidence, self-compassion, and a deeper connection to yourself.

Our fear of others' reactions often leads us to hide or ignore our emotions. We’ll guide you step-by-step to break free from people-pleasing, so you can prioritize your needs without guilt or fear of judgment.

By becoming aware of and identifying your thoughts and emotions, you'll discover their root causes and uncover solutions. Our goal is to help you move from discouraged to encouraged and recognize the endless possibilities that await you.

Our Vision
